Spring 2023

The wet weather and sunshine, although cool, have been encouraging for the vines.  The buds have appeared, lost their hard protection, and are now starting to put on the slightly less protective ‘woolly’ coat, waiting for the warmer weather. As ever we are holding our breath until the potential of early May frosts have passed. 

Exclusive Sparkling Afternoon Tea and Corporate Lunches at Danebury: We have some dates available for our wonderful Sparkling Afternoon Teas at the end of July and into August. Also in August we have some dates for corporate lunches, with all dishes freshly prepared by our in house chef accompanied with a glass of our sparkling ‘Cossack’.
